We are glad to announce that we have completed the first round of the "Business & Report Writing workshop" for EDECS key persons from different departments.
The expert, Hadeer El Damarici - DBA, MBA instructor, delivered the training as scheduled for 15 hours at EDECS HQs.
The workshop was designed to sharpen their professional skills in writing different business documents ( e-mails, contracts, reports, memos, and other business documents ).

As a leading Construction company, we believe that our goal is to help the interns find their career path and get a foretaste of their working life through career counseling, industry talks, and visits to some of our construction sites.
During the visit, Engineer Mohamed Badr (EDECS Corporate HSE Manager) gave an awareness lecture explaining briefly the works carried out during the project, steps and procedures that EDECS follows to achieve environmental compliance through the application of an integrated environmental management system, which includes:
- Waste management plan
- Control plan
- Automatic monitoring through ecological measurements.
The delegation accompanied the project's leaders on a field tour and praised the safety & environmental measures to protect workers and preserve the equipment and materials used in the project and the waste segregation system.




The program was designed to provide the interns with plenty of hands-on learning opportunities to develop their soft & technical skills, which are highly needed in the workplace.
During the program, the interns gained industrial exposure by working on real projects, being lectured by industry experts, visiting several construction sites, and witnessing work in progress.
We hope it was a fruitful kick-off for their professional careers and wish them a bright future!

On their Induction day at EDECS HQ, the Interns had met with some of the departments’ heads, getting to know more about EDECS and receiving hands-on tutoring from industry leaders.

It is noteworthy that berth lengths of the Multi-Purpose Terminal are 2450 meters, including stacking yards of half a million square meters. It can receive 6-7 ships concurrently and can handle 12-15 million tons of goods annually.
