UpSkill Program
Completion Day
About
Today marks the completion of our "UPskill program" designed for our promising engineers. EDECS and PCS Academy launched the program five months ago to identify talent within our organization and amplify it.
EDECS team members completed 105 hours of the comprehensive course material, including project management, BIM standards, and more.
The program ended with each team presenting their hard work summary and reflections to a panel comprising our senior management, including our Chairman, Eng. Hussein El-Dessouky, who awarded certificates of appreciation and awards to the winning teams.
