About
EDECS awarded the construction of the Multi-Purpose Terminal Dekheila Seaport. Dekheila port container terminal will attract operators working in container activity due to the depth of the port’s navigation, and the terminal is characterized by increasing the backyards of the terminal and the length of the berth that can receive three giant container ships at one time.
The berth is one of the most important projects currently in Egypt to increase the capacity of goods and containers.
The depth of the berth is 15-17 meters, and the backyard is 660,000 m2. The capacity will reach 2 million containers annually by the end of the project.
